Principle: data minimisation
This website works without tracking, without advertising or analytics cookies and without external services. All resources (fonts, scripts, graphics) are served from our own server — no content delivery networks, Google Fonts, social media plugins or the like are embedded.
Server log files
When the page is accessed, our web server processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date/time, requested URL, volume of data transferred, browser type) for secure and stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted after 7 days at the latest. The website runs on server infrastructure in a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany; a data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the data centre operator.
Contact form
When you write to us via the form, we process your name, your email address and your message solely to handle your request. Transmission is encrypted by email (SMTP) to us. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (or (f) for general enquiries). To prevent spam we use exclusively local, cookie-free measures: a hidden check field ("honeypot"), a server-side signed arithmetic security question and a time check. No external services (such as Google reCAPTCHA) are embedded and no additional personal data is collected. Your details are deleted once the request has been finally processed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
No local storage, no cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser (no localStorage). Your language is reflected in the URL; a chosen colour scheme (light/dark) applies only to the current visit and is not stored.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. A brief message to info@rockdasnetz.de is sufficient.
Right to complain
You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HmbBfDI).
